for Equipment Management decided to establish a center for the technique of pressure sealing in the Company. Ms. Wang Jinrong, general manager of the Company, concurrently holds the position of director of the Center. General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China (AQSIQ) announced that the Center is an examination institute for pressure sealing personnel engaged in pressure vessel and pressure piping with the quality inspection letter (2005) No. 70 Notice on Examination Institute for Personnel Engaged Special Equipment Approved by the AQSIQ, and director of the Center concurrently holds the position of principal of the Institute. For the purpose of performing its functions and powers, the Institute has, in accordance with the requirements, invested in establishing equipment and facilities for pre-exam direction, training base and assessment of operation. In addition, the Institute has organized a trainer team and an assessment team consisting of experts, professors and senior technicians so as to guarantee the examination quality in line with the state regulations. The tenet of the Company is to develop, research in and promote the new technique, new materials and new technology ofpressure sealing without stopping production and serve the society heart and soul. In recent years, in order to promote and apply the technique, the Company has successively conducted several training programs for thousands of participants, and the participants after being trained could mount guard independently, which has been playing an important role in maintaining the secure operation of production equipment and facilities of the Company.
| With the support from SinoPec, SinoPetro, and China Association for Equipment Management, the Company undertakes seminars for professionals engaged in pressure sealing from across the country each year to promote the technique, through which to exchange ideas. As a result, via making full use of advantages from other companies for combining the latest research findings and experiences, the Company has increased the development of the technique, which is warmly welcomed by participants. |

Thanks to its advantages in the technique, the TXY-18# general-purpose high-temperature-resistant sealant developed by the Company and identified by SinoPetro Group has taken the international leading position since its introduction to the market, which has been demonstrated by its comprehensive capacity. Besides, the product has obtained the international patent. At present, the product has been sold throughout China and as far as to Japan , South Korea , Taiwan , Indonesia , Malaysia and other countries and regions in Southeast Asia .

As the technology field expands, according to the requirement for the sealant used in construction sealing, the Company has applied the nanometer technology into the prescription improvement through using the features of the small diameter and active chemical properties of rare-earth nanometer materials. On the basis of prescription of TXY-18# sealant, by adding some improvers, the product could generate excellent distracting and contacting effects, enhance the sulfuration density of the preparation, improve the filling technology performance and applicability to different work conditions. Since its introduction to the market, the product has demonstrated its outstanding competitive advantages.
